For more than 20 years the “Joron Vista Hermosa” has been in operation (Tel: 995-8107), where its owner, Doña Elvia Zunilda de Cardenas, better known as Zuni, has seen the arrival here and there of numerous and intrepid visitors, that from far away lands keep coming back time and agin. For B/.10.00 you can rent a small cabin with room for 3 persons and minimum comodities such as a toilet and shower. For visitors that are not staying in the cabins, there are restrooms and showers for rent at B/.0.25. The food here is totally criolle and at very good prices For example: fried fish with planteens from B/.2.00, sancocho (panamanian typical chicken soup) with rice B/.2.00.
